Welcome to the League of Saint Anthony!
Dear Friend of Saint Anthony,
My name is Father Zoy Garibay and I am the Capuchin Rector of Saint Lawrence Seminary in Mount Calvary, Wisconsin. Thank you for visiting our League of Saint Anthony website.
As you browse this site, I invite you to learn more about the this 164-year-old ministry of nurturing vocations for tomorrow’s Church and the powerful prayerful connection we share through the League of Saint Anthony.
Since 1860 more than 10,000 young men have come here to seek the will of God in their lives. And more than 1,500 have been ordained to the priesthood. Others have entered our Capuchin Franciscan religious community. Still others are serving God’s people as lay ministers.
Nearly 200 young men are now enrolled at Saint Lawrence Seminary. They promise to make you proud through their studies, through their ministry to others and through their commitment to growing into young men of faith and service. Every day of the school year, our seminarians join with all the Capuchin Friars and staff to pray for you and your special intentions.
Now, I invite you to view all of our beautifully designed All Occasion Cards and use them to entrust your loved ones to the prayers and Masses offered by our Seminary community. And by using our League of Saint Anthony Enrollment Cards, you help support and sustain the education and formation of nearly 200 seminarians as they open their hearts to vocations of service and ministry in the Church.
I look forward to building on this faith-inspired tradition with you and spreading the power of prayer with those in need of comfort and healing.
Share a Gift of Prayer, today, with those close to your heart!
With a prayer and a blessing,
Father Zoy Garibay, OFM Cap.
